About : The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) of West Central Railway has issued a notice for the recruitment of Act Apprentice vacancies under the Apprentices Act, 1961 on West Central Railway for the fiscal year 2024-2025.Online applications are requested from suitable individuals for the engagement of apprentices for training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in the approved trades at Units/Workshops in the West Central Railway for 3317 Candidates who are interested in the vacancy information and have met all of the eligibility requirements can read the Notification and apply online.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Candidates for all trades, with the exception of Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology & Radiology), must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (10+2 examination system) with at least 50% of the possible points (no rounding off will be done). Additionally, candidates must have passed the 12th class examination or its equivalent (10+2 examination system) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and hold a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.

Application Fee :
- Rs. 141/- (Rs. 100/-as application fee and Rs. 41/-as processing fee) for all candidates
- Candidates who are women, SC/ST, or PwBD should pay an additional Rs. 41 as a processing fee.
- Method of Payment: Online.
TRAINING PERIOD AND STIPEND :
- Selected candidates will be hired as apprentices for the duration of the designated trade, and they will be paid a stipend during their training in accordance with existing rules.
- There will be no hostel lodging provided, and successful candidates will be need to make their own arrangements during their training in accordance with the Apprentices Act of 1961, after which they will be released.
