About : The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) of Southern Railway has issued a notification for the recruitment of apprentices in various divisions/workshops/units under the 1961 Act Apprentice Rule. Candidates who are interested in the vacancy information and have met all eligibility requirements can read the notification and apply online.

Application Fee: 

  • The fee for all candidates is Rs. 100/-
  •  for SC/ST/Women/PWD candidates, it is Rs. Nil 
  • Payment mode: Online.

Important Dates :

  • The deadline for applying online and paying the fee is July 22, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
  • Last date to apply online and pay the fee: 12-08-2024 until 17:00 hrs.

Age Limit :

  • Minimum age limit: 15 years.
  • Maximum age limit for freshers is 22 years.
  • Maximum Age Limit for Ex-ITI and MLT: 24 years.
  • Age relaxation applies in accordance with the guidelines.

Qualification :

  • Candidates must have completed their 10th and 12th grades (under the 10+2 exam system), as well as an ITI (Relevant Trade) or NCVT/SCVT.
